Tsunami Island emerged in the year 2004when tsunami waves strike the Indian ocean. It is located on the mouth of Tarkarli river. Tourists can see the meeting point of Karli river with Indian ocean. Regional citizens say that sand on the island is used for body massage and is good for bones.

How to reach: Tourists will have to reach Malvan first. And then we will have to go to Devbag which is at a distance of 8 km. The only way to reach on Tsunami island is by yacht. It takes around 5 to 10 minutes to reach the island.
